Unnecessarily overloading, overdriving, tormenting, depriving of necessary sustenance or shelter, mutilating, killing, or cruelly carrying an animal.

Knowingly engaging in one of the prohibited activities involving animal fighting or baiting, including training, promoting, wagering, or attending.
Animal Neglect and Abandonment

Confining an animal without required food, water, exercise, or air; or abandoning an animal under the statutory circumstances.
Sexual Activities Involving Animals

Knowingly engaging in sexual contact with an animal or committing another prohibited act described by the statute.
