Disorderly Intoxication

Being intoxicated and endangering another person or property, or being intoxicated or drinking alcohol in a public place or public conveyance and causing a public disturbance.
Disposing of Lighted Substances
Florida Statute § 590.10
Throwing, dropping, or disposing of a lighted match, cigarette, cigar, ashes, another flaming or glowing substance, or a substance or thing that may or does cause a wildfire.
Loitering or Prowling
Florida Statute § 856.021
Loitering or prowling under unusual circumstances that create justifiable and reasonable alarm or immediate concern for the safety of people or property nearby.
Loitering or Prowling by Certain Offenders Near Children

Specified offenders with convictions involving minors who loiter or prowl within 500 feet of where children congregate, or unlawfully contact, communicate with, or approach children at specified locations.
